It is 6:40am and so far today, I have done some meditation and visualization. This is my new routine and I am going to do this everyday for the next 60 days.
I am doing this to fight some motivation issues that I have. I feel like I haven’t accomplished what I want to do each day, and am very lazy. Today is the beginning of a change for me.
I am getting into nootropics and yesterday I tried the “People’s Stack” L-Theanine and Caffeine, I didn’t like it. While my body felt light, I felt like I had a hard time concentrating on anything and I didn’t feel too good in the afternoon. I took 200mg of caffeine and 400mg of theanine. I will try again tomorrow, or sunday but maybe with 100mg of caffeine and 300mg of theanine.
Today I am going to work on publishing a new private blog network site, and work on my other private blog network sites. I should create something similar to rank hero where the articles are posted every so often whether or not they are for a particular site. Each blog has an author and a description of the type of content they write about, that gives a clear picture of how the content fits into the site as a whole. Making it easy to write content for the site.
This morning I still have to read for 10 minutes and then start exercising at 7am. I will do this for 60 days to see if I can actually make a difference in my life. The steps for this are:

I can and will do this everyday for 60 days. I will decide then if I want to continue doing it.
